Mr. Dhiraj Naubhar is the CEO & co-founder of the company called Lythouse. He started this company in 2018 with a vision to eliminate uncertainty pertaining to safety for citizens and enterprises through data-driven solutions. The idea was to make India a safer place especially for women.
He believes that community and technology have the power to solve this big problem of personal safety in India and Personal safety cannot be solved by providing need-based solution, it’s a habit which needs to be built using technology, and engagement is the way forward.
He has 15 years of experience in leadership and strategy in scaling E-commerce Businesses. His background as an astute marketer and ability to identify and scale a product sets him apart. His career spans across the globe, from the USA to MENA region and in India to include working with TATA Motors, Maruti Suzuki, Ginger Hotels and Harvard University incubated start-up Impact Guru to name a few. Dhiraj is a recognized technology visionary who has several credos in translating business ideas into its full potential. In 2015, he was named amongst the 100 Most Influential Marketing Professionals from India by World Marketing Congress.
As the COO & co-founder of Lythouse, Ankit Tewari brings a wealth of experience and expertise to the company. With a successful career spanning over 17 years, he has gained invaluable knowledge and skills in managing complex business operations and data science.
Joined Lythouse in 2021, where he continues to leverage his extensive experience in managing complex operations and driving strategic growth.
Ankit’s career began at the National Stock Exchange of India (NSE), where he served as a Manager for over 13 years. During his time at NSE, he honed his skills in managing financial operations, overseeing complex projects, and developing and implementing strategic plans.
After his successful stint at NSE, he moved on to work as a Process Manager at EXL, where his expertise in process management and his ability to drive organizational change enabled EXL to optimize its operations and deliver high-quality services to its clients.
Ankit holds an MSc. Tech from BITS Pilani, which has provided him with a strong foundation in technology and innovation. He is committed to staying abreast of the latest developments in his field and is always looking for new and innovative ways to optimize operations and drive growth.
